This policy explains what information Kau Studios ("we", "us") collects through kaustudios.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information you send us
When you submit the project inquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your project description, plus any optional details you add (business name, website, phone number).
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about a potential project. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone for marketing.
How the form is delivered
Form submissions are delivered to our business email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. These providers process your message only to deliver and store it for us, under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting project, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
